ProStock Inc. ("ProStock", "we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at getprostock.ca. We provide inventory intelligence and buy plan software for golf pro shops and recreational retail facilities.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (encrypted), facility name, and billing information processed securely by Stripe.

Inventory and Sales Data: You upload CSV files containing your inventory, product, and sales data. This data is used exclusively to generate your weekly Buy Plan and analytics. It is never sold to third parties.

Usage Data: We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the platform.

Communications: We store emails you send us for support purposes.

We use your information to deliver your weekly AI-generated Buy Plan, provide inventory analytics and benchmarking, process payments, send transactional emails, improve our platform through aggregated anonymized analysis, and respond to support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

ProStock Pro plan subscribers receive anonymized benchmarking data comparing their performance to similar facilities. Your facility name and raw data are never shared with other users. You are identified only by percentile ranking (e.g., "top 30% of similar clubs").

Benchmarking requires a minimum network of 5 facilities. Until that threshold is met, we use national averages and clearly indicate this.

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting, AWS us-east-1), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Anthropic (AI processing for Buy Plan generation).

All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Your data is stored on Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1 region). Security measures include Row-Level Security ensuring complete data isolation between customers, encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted passwords, automated database backups, and access logging.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days then is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing nicole@getprostock.ca. Aggregated anonymized benchmark data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify your facility.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also request your data in a portable format or withdraw consent from non-essential communications. Email nicole@getprostock.ca to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

ProStock is incorporated in Canada and complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide our service and obtain express consent before sending any marketing communications.

For US-based customers, we comply with applicable state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar statutes.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

ProStock is a B2B platform intended for use by business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
